Google will deploy these maps for specific topics such as cooking or shopping.I had a great time at the Paris Gaming School and learned a lot. PGS is a school that is very close to my heart.
A new, more powerful version of Chrome
I have kept good contacts with former students, like Sacha. We sometimes send messages to each other, meet up on a Discord and play togetheI think we are not yet at the height of esports. There are a lot more competitions than before, but I think there is still a lot to do, to build, and it’s on the right track. In a few years, esport may become an international sport like football, as it attracts a large number of people and sponsors.Kenza, head manager at ROG Esport (Asus): “become a manager to be with the players”I am 21 years old and have been passionate about video games since my childhood. After obtaining my bac S, I did a BTS in international business and I discovered the world of high level competition. This is what made me want to work in this environment, which I fell in love with. I started looking for training in video games, and more particularly in esport.
When I discovered the Paris Gaming School website, I really liked the training offer. I pre-registered and then had an interview with the director. A year later, I took on the role of manager at ROG Esport (Republic of Gamers), the esports section of Asus. I manage the schedules, I take care of the relationship with the staff, I organize various events and I take care of professional players. At PGS, we have several courses in common, which allows us to make a career choice. I knew that I wanted to become a manager, in relation to my personality and my desire to be with the players. I took courses in English, management, marketing, communication, video production (editing and recording of videos), study of the environment and e-sports scenes .
Improvements to tabs, address bar and maps
In my daily life, I use what I learned at PGS like communication. The training gave me this different vision that I have as an esport actress and no longer as a simple spectator. As a head manager within ROG Esport, I live on a campus belonging to the department. I take care of the players’ schedules, their meals, registrations for the various tournaments and I share information with the communications manager. In short, I manage the daily life of my players. I have been there for a few months and everything is going well. My daily life is never the same depending on tasks and events. At the moment, it’s a little calm with the virus, we are all anxious to set off again on the roads of France to go to competition.
I have been passionate about video games for years and am curious to see how it will evolve. I want to find new concepts and seize opportunities. I think this is just the start, I expect a big increase in the number of players and viewers. It’s really a world apart that our parents don’t know, and that’s a shame. If this environment was able to become what it is today, it is also thanks to the first enthusiasts who improvised small tournaments in their garage. I find it touching to tell myself that their dreams are our heritage. Girls are not educated to play games. We will be much more likely to offer a doll to his daughter rather than a console. And even outside the family setting, society does not show us a female figure playing games, especially in advertising campaigns.
